WWF-India is one of the largest conservation organisations in the country and part of an international network with presence in over 100 countries, aims to protect our planet’s natural resources and its diverse biodiversity. Our work involves varied groups of individuals, the Government, businesses, local communities, and civil society organisations, among others to take forward the message of environment protection.

Completing 50 years in the country, WWF-India works towards the conservation of key wildlife species and their habitats, management of rivers, wetlands, and their ecosystems, climate change adaption, sustainable livelihood alternatives for local communities, water and carbon footprint reduction in industries, combat illegal wildlife trade, and impart environment education to the student and teacher community.
